Chrysler Leads all Autos in Sales Gain up 37%

Chrysler biggest winner as sales hit highest level in more than a year with 37%, Ford second with 19%, GM only up 4%; Toyota sees decline -4%

Ford Motor Co. and Chrysler Group LLC were the big winners in October, as strengthening demand for light trucks boosted U.S. auto sales to their highest level in more than a year.
